got sick, lungs are fucked, im whining

I am very sick.
We still havent figured out the source of the issues- but whatever the initial cause is, the damage has been amplified by tear gas(and whatever else the swine used) and more importantly reckless use of painting materials and varnishes.
the idea is simple; dont use exotic materials, and limit your exposure.
Keep your workspace well ventilated. Use Expensive Masks. Change their filters often. Dont try stupid shit.
Pain is there for a reason, macho nonsense gets thou killed.
